About BuildVue

BuildVue is a construction and development project tracking platform for the Seattle metro area. It aggregates public building permit data, land use permits, parcel information, and property sales history into a single interactive map interface with advanced search and filtering capabilities.

The Seattle Metro permit portals provide raw permit records. BuildVue adds an interactive map interface, links related permits at the same address, classifies projects by type (multi-family, mixed-use, office, retail, industrial), combines building and land use permits with sales history and parcel data, provides design proposal slideshows, offers saved searches with email alerts, and supports data export to CSV and Excel.

BuildVue sources all permit data from official public government databases.
